I've just made an order but I'd like to add something else, help!
Sorry, we're unable to make alterations to existing orders. You'll need to place a new order, however we are more than happy to refund postage if your original order hasn't already been dispatched.Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot promise that it will be possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1 working day of being placed so the chances are your order might already be on it's way to you by the time we see your request.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
All orders receive two emails: one is an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order and the other is to give you a heads up that your order is on it's way. If you haven't received these emails please double-check your Spam folder because they can sometimes end up there.
If your email(s) aren't in your junk mail then you may have incorrectly entered your email address. If you think this is the case simply send an email to email@example.com letting us know and we will resolve the issue for you.
IMPORTANT - DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MIGHT BE SLIGHT DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL.
Due to an influx of orders we have increased our turnaround time to 24-48 hours (usually 12-24 hours). All UK orders that have opted for UK Next Day Delivery will be prioritised, and, if ordered before 1pm GMT midday, we will ship the same day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY- If you require FAST TRACK International delivery please get in touch with us via email or social media and we can organise this for you. (In most cases we can organise 1-2 day Tracked worldwide delivery on request)
NOT LOVIN' YOUR NEW GOODIES? IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) TO US PROVIDED:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items are in an unused, resalable condition
- Items have all packaging and tags intact
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
Yes. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Pop a note in your parcel with your order number, and a note specifying return or exchange, stick an address label to the front of your parcel:

- Pop the parcel in the post and make sure to obtain proof of postage in case of loss of post (we will not be responsible for missing parcels returned to us)
Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they have been returned in line with our returns policy. Please allow 10 working days for your return to be inspected and 3-5 working days for the payment to be credited back to your account.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item(s) have been returned outside the terms of our returns policy.
There are certain situations where only partialrefunds and/or credit notes are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days of receiving.
